We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

DHL or FedEx is our standard shipping option at this time.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Ghana.

Depending on your country/region, there may be duties and customs taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Bandele Muse does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and other shipping information.

To cancel your order, please e-mail hello@bandelemuse.com within 5 hours of your order.

Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days.

If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please e-mail hello@bandelemuse.com within 7 days of the delivered date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and experience. If you are not, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item.

How Exchanges Work

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the exchange process, please e-mail us at hello@bandelemuse.com within 48 hours of receiving your item with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Reason for exchange: 
    • Size issue
    • Damaged / Defective
    • Damage in transit
    • Replacement

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note all available products are limited edition and produced in small batches. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges can be made once per order. We are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.

Please note after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for a refund.

How Returns Work

We would be happy to provide a refund. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive an e-mail that your return has been accepted and your refund has been initiated. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
