Returns Policy

Returning is easy.

• We accept returns of all items within 14 days of delivery with the right to full refund.
• A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used (other than to test it), damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels, we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.
• Bandele Muse reserves the right to reject the returns that are sent after the allowed return window of 14 days and/or otherwise outside of the Return policy. 
• If you want to return an order, please register it in your Bandele Muse account here.
• You provide return shipping.
• We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14-21 days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
• If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
• All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to decline a refund and in case of non-compliance with this Return policy, you risk being suspended.
