Shipping & Delivery
Each Bandele Muse clothing piece is made to order. Production will take up to 3 weeks.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
DHL or FedEx is our standard shipping option at this time.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after production or processing from Ghana.
Depending on your country/region, there may be duties and customs taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Bandele Muse does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and other shipping information.
To cancel your order, please e-mail hello@bandelemuse.com within 5 hours of your order.
Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days after production, processing, and shipping.
If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please e-mail hello@bandelemuse.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
Returns
Returning is easy.
- We accept returns of all items within 14 days of delivery with the right to full refund.
- A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used (other than to test it), damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels, we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.
- Bandele Muse reserves the right to reject the returns that are sent after the allowed return window of 14 days and/or otherwise outside of the Return policy.
- If you want to return an order, please register it in your Bandele Muse account here.
- You provide return shipping.
- We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14-21 days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to decline a refund and in case of non-compliance with this Return policy, you risk being suspended.
